To get the most from your appointment and to reduce waiting times for others, please arrive on time and register with our receptionist.

If you need to have medical certificates or travel forms filled out by the doctor, let the receptionist know on arrival.    

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to keep an appointment without twenty-four hour notification will incur a
non-attendance fee.   

We are not a bulk billing clinic and payment is expected on the day of your consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa. 

Additional services, such as injection therapies, report writing and insurance form filling can generate additional fees.
If you have had any MRI or CT scans performed, please let our receptionist know where these were done, at the time of booking your neurology consultation.


Repeat prescriptions can be obtained from your GP. It is not necessary to come back to the specialist for this service.
